Design Tips

As is the case with most things in life, keeping things simple is usually the best option. Too many colours or fonts can make your design look confused. Think about classic and iconic t-shirts past and present, you'll see they all stick to the simple is best rule.

And how popular is red, black and white? The contrast is awesome, bold and classic. This brings us to our next piece of advice, if you're wanting red text on a black garment you may want to try it with a white outline. Outlines can make all the difference. With DTG printing red sometimes 'swims' on black and you can lose the effect of the contrast. It's worth taking a look at both options before you print.

If you're trying to choose between a white print or a red print on a black tee our adivce is go with white! Its clean, highly visible and effective.

Apart from that, your custom t-shirt should be exactly that....whatever you want it to be! It might be funny, topical, subtle or you may want it to make a bold statement, just have fun with it!

You dont need graphic design programs to create your design, you can upload photo's, images and logo's directly from your desktop to our online designer. It's pretty self explanatory but you can scroll through our online designer help page here.
