General FAQ’s
What suppliers do you use?
Our main suppliers are Gildan, Hanes, RAMO and AS Colour. We always endeavour to source our garments from suppliers that are sweat shop free with certifications from the Fair Labour Association (FLA) and or Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP), as these suppliers are.
What styles do you offer?
We supply a wide range of styles including styles for baby, youth, women and men. You can find browse through all our products here.
Do your garments differ in quality?
Yes they do. We try to offer a selection of garments that are suitable for all budgets. Whilst all our garments are good quality, AS Colour products are superior in quality.
Can I buy a blank t-shirt?
Sure, all our products can be purchased blank.
What if the product I have ordered is out of stock?
We do our best to keep stock levels updated but sometimes this does happen. If this is the case we will contact you immediately. You can choose another product and you wont pay anything more even if it's more expensive than your original choice. If it's less we will refund you the difference.
What if I need a style or colour that isn’t on your website?
Just give us a call on 03 9858 3292 or send us an email with the details of what you need and we’ll do our best to source it for you, no problem at all.
How do I work out my size?
Simply measure across your body from armpit to armpit (half chest) and match to the garment width accordingly. Every garment has a sizing chart and other information with it. You can also find all the sizing information here.
When you select a garment, you will see a Description button or Product Specifications link with some further info. Gildan has handy style comparison charts for their mens and womens t-shirts.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes indeed, here’s our current discount table for DTG printing.
5+ items 5% discount
10 + items 10% discount
20+ items 15% discount
30+ items 20% discount
Do you do bulk printing?
Absolutely. As well as DTG for small runs and one-off's we also offer screen printing. You can check out our Bulk Orders info and price guide page or send us a screen printing/bulk order quote request and we'll get back to you with a price.
Do you offer special rates for charities?
We are certainly happy to discuss this, absolutely. Just give us a call on 03 9858 3292 or send us an email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard or bank transfer. Please keep in mind that if bank transfer is selected the order will not be processed until funds have cleared.
How long will delivery take?
Our Standard Delivery is 5-7 working days although its often faster. Bulk orders will obviously take a little longer. In all cases, if you require your delivery by a certain date please give us a call on 03 9858 3292 or send us an email and we'll do our absolute best to get it to you on time!
Our Express Delivery delivery 2-4 working days. Please note you must be within the Express Post National Network to be eligible for this service.
We also offer a 24 hour turnaround service called PRONTO! Express Delivery for those times when you need something super fast! However, you must call us to check stock first and you must place your order before 11am (max 6 garments). Again, you must be within the Express Post National Network to be eligible for this service.
Custom phone cases are usually dispatched within 24 hours. We don't offer tracking with delivery on phone cases.
